Little Volunteer Experience in Food Recovery
The food-sharing foundation held a food recovery experience event in Ma On Shan this past Monday, featuring a little volunteer! The little volunteer, along with their grandmother, followed the recovery team to Lee On Market and Yat Yat Food Good Market to collect leftover food from that evening.

The little volunteer worked hard pushing the cart and placing the recovered food into recycling boxes. During the distribution of the leftover food, even though the little volunteer was already feeling tired, they gathered their energy to share the food with beneficiaries. The little volunteer expressed a desire to participate in future events, feeling happy and fulfilled by their contribution at such a young age. Even at a little age, they can make a difference.
If you want your children to develop an awareness of cherishing food from an early age, you are welcome to bring kids aged 5 or older to join our next food recovery experience event~"
